Our founder, LeShanda Davis, noticed a common struggle among small to medium-sized nonprofits and businesses: the lack of robust human resources systems. Passionate about helping these organizations succeed, LeShanda set out to create a solution.
With years of experience in the HR field and an understanding of the non-profit sector, LeShanda knew that providing foundational HR tools could make a world of difference. And so, The HRER was established with a clear mission: to empower small to medium business and non-profits by offering essential HR templates and checklists that lay the groundwork for effective and efficient human resource management.
